Shipping:
We ship worldwide using various delivery methods. Couriers chosen are dependent on the destination of the order. For U.S orders we mainly use USPS, UPS & FedEx. For international such couriers DHL, DPD and UPS are used. The delivery times can vary depending on the destination of the parcel but we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges:
At NYLeathers we try our best to offer competitive shipping prices. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and weight of the parcel. We offer free shipping charges to all orders to U.S mainlands. For further information on shipping rates please do not hesitate to contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipment:
If you receive a damaged shipment please contact us asap, do not return the order back without letting us know as a refund or replacement may not be sent out. If the outer packaging is damaged we advise to take pictures of the parcel and send these to us so we can resolve the matter.
If you believe your order has been lost, please do contact us and we will contact the couriers and get an update on the whereabouts of your order.
